Triggering a DAHDSR envelope with an arpeggiator

Hey guys, I’m trying to have an arpeggiator trigger basically a triangle envelope that would modulate a low pass filter so that I get kind of a continuing woh-woh-woh sound instead of programming the same midi note a million times. Does anyone know if I can do this or if there is another way to achieve it? Here’s an example of the sound I’m trying to create: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aa9ETf70H-I

The sound in the video is just a normal tempo-synced LFO with a ramp down shape modulating the filter cutoff.
