Envelope question Brian2016Participant Posts: 10 January 28, 2017 at 10:50 pm In a video about a Korg hardware monosynth I found an envelope behavior demonstrated, and am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to recreate the behavior shown starting at 2:22. Could you elaborate? patchpool.net simonstockhausen.com Brian2016Participant Posts: 10 January 31, 2017 at 11:27 pm I may have asked the question too soon as I have discovered that software envelopes are going to behave differently, and thats ok. The example in the video, sounds to me like a continuous volume ramping/fading whereas in the Falcon’s Analog envelope there seems to have a subtle but defined re-triggering. So to get the envelope moving from the release phase to a new attack at the current level. Mono yes , but not legato as legato never reaches the release phase. Smoothly ramping volume on a mono program. EDIT> I’ve got it pretty damn close, but not a perfect re-creation. You must be logged in to reply to this topic.
